CHOPCHOP LATENESS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Please allow enough time for traffic jams, sig alerts, and Jack-knifed big rigs on the 405 so that you can arrive at your scheduled service time. Clients arriving over 15 minutes late may have to be rescheduled in order to respect the schedule of others. If you are unable to keep your appointment we ask that you kindly give a 24 hour notice. Without this notification, a charge may be added to your credit card.
